Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging (when applicable).
- A proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
How to request a return Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address.
Return shipping
- If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- For change of mind returns or size/preference exchanges, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank/card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
