We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging (when applicable).
• A proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

How to request a return Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address.

Return shipping

• If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
• For change of mind returns or size/preference exchanges, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank/card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Non-returnable items We can’t accept returns for items that show signs of use, are damaged due to misuse, or are missing original parts/accessories (when applicable).

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time Estimated delivery times start once your order has been dispatched:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order tracking If tracking is available, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery address Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll help.

Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
